All items in this collection are original and exclusive one  of a kind items. Lynn uses the finest of textiles, trims, lace and hand applied details found only in higher end boutiques. Many of her breathtaking original pillow designs include a quality fiber filled insert that does not bunch up. However, for those who prefer a more comfy, heavier cushy pillow, Lynn can also design pillows using a down/feather insert to meet your decorative goals.

 Her many years of experience and exceptional seamstress skills are unmatched anywhere. We feel so blessed to be the only online boutique to represent her incredible talent. Not only does she have a perfect designer's eye but the quality of her work compares to that of very high end designers.

All designs are original & exclusive completed by machine and hand applied intricate details in the United States of America. Please allow two weeks for packaging and shipping to your destination.  residing in our 1910 Prairie-Style home in a sleepy little suburb in Illinois.
 Original, one-of-a-kind pillows, tote bags, lavender sachets & strawberries, unique
display towels, checkbook covers, etc,  that I make in my spare time for my new website family - Victoria Rose Cottage.com

Lynn is also a vey talented writer who writes her own descriptions for items sold at Victoria Rose Cottage. She also does all the photo shoots for her items - another appreciated talent, giving us all such shabby romantic decorating ideas as well as creating one of a kind original designs and heirloom quality treasures.

I'm a counted cross stitch designer by trade and have published 85 books
of original designs and manufactured many different prefinished "cross-stitchable" accessories
under the name "GRAPH~IT ARTS Inc." designs by Lynn
Two of my stitched cross stitch designs can be seen framed on the wall in the kitschy
movie "OFFICE SPACE" starring Jennifer Aniston too!
  I stopped self publishing a few years ago, all of my inventory went to a favorite
 distributor and I now have the luxury of working freelance from home for the publisher
Leisure Arts and Dimensions.
They've published numerous publications of my designs
 including - 101 BEARS WITH PERSONALITY ,Old Fashioned Fingertips, Santa & Company,
 Bless This Child, Seasons of Angels, Cute Kitchen Quickies, and many more.
 
 
For Leisure Arts, I've also adapted to cross stitch, the original art of
 Sandy Gore Evans, Kathie Ruger, Karen Wood, Suzanne Cruise,
 Paula Vaughn and other contemporary artists.

I inherited the INCURABLE collector gene from my Grandma Lena and some
of my favorite things are  antique Teddy bears, Steiff animals, Fire-King,
Jeanette and McKee jadite, buttons, buttons & more BUTTONS, pretty fabric,
Barkcloth, quilts, 40s CUTSIE cottage pottery, bluebirds, vintage sewing items,
 antique samplers & almost anything with pink roses! 
 
I'm old enough to lie about my age and Dave and I have not been blessed with children
 . . . HUMAN children that is!
We have always had a houseful of pups and currently have had as many as three 4-legged sons
 - all cocker spaniels ~ BAILEY is blind and has the sweetest gentle nurturing soul,
 DITTOS is a day dreamer and spends his day watching the squirrels, bunnies and critters
 in the yard and then there's BABY MAX! He's my 24/7 shadow and the rebel rouser
in the family ~ always looking for something to get into and helped to keep Dittos and Bailey
forever young. Bailey and Dittos have crossed the rainbow bridge now but what wonderful memories we have of these precious babies - now happy little angel dogs.
I adore Country Western Music especially Vince Gill, Rascal Flatts, Pat Green, Phil Vassar,
Keith Urban and the best of the best ~ my boys ~ Brooks & Dunn!
My favorite hobbies/pastimes are gardening, sewing, decorating, lampworking/beadmaking,
 quilting and flea-marketing.

Lynn's beautiful 100 year old Prairie style home reveals one of the many reasons why we all are so "taken" by her Romantic Shabby Pink Treasures and other cottage collectibles. Just taking a quick peek at this stately home in all its grandeur - you can easily imagine Lynn being inspired to create many breathtaking Shabby Cottage Style heirlooom quality treasures for you! Lynn tells us that the original owner was also a fine carpenter who returned all the moldings and woodwork to the original spectacular condition making her home a spectacular historic home.
