Joye's God given talent shows through in each and every piece she creates. Each piece will become an heirloom quality treasure hand painted & fired and heart designed in her studio and finished with details similar to the style of Limoges and other fine porcelain artists.

Every piece is food safe.
Since each item is a hand painted original one of a kind item, the item you will receive will not be exactly as shown but will be similar in design to the one we feature in her showcase. Please do not ask Joye to re-design a piece of her porcelain. She will cheerfully try to match your color palette but will do so by changing the colors, not her designs. Every piece is a hand painted original and she cannot duplicate exactly the design showcased.
If you have any special requests, we will be happy to speak with our artist about creating a custom item for you. Custom work may take longer and depending on the request may incur additional charges.
Joye is also happy to change the colors of the showcased item to match your own personal taste and decorating goals. Typically, there is no extra charge to change the color palette. However any redesign such as more roses or added gold accents, there will be additional charges that must be paid prior to Joye starting your item.

This item may be substituted with one of similar design properties. Due to the economic challenge facing many industries today, many of the porcelain companies are not re-ordering some of their less popular items. We may have to look for a similar design from another vendor that Joye will substitute for the one showcased. If this concerns you, please don't hesitate to contact us before you make your purchase.

The Romantic Details
Typically, each hand painted heirloom quality treasure features our favorite bloom, the very romantic pink rose. On occasion she also paints other romantic blooms such as hydrangeas, lilacs, violets and also blackberries for a vintage appeal. Please use our Contact Form prior to ordering so that we can be certain she is able to honor your Special Request. Charges will apply for any item that you request be painted differently than the one showcased.
The photos showcased for each item are a good representation of Joye's unique colorway showing gorgeous pink cabbage roses, complemented with washes of pinks, greens, blue greens or aqua - some with touches of yellows and greens, and each having the vibrant look compared to Limoges. You may special order any piece with the color wash of your choice. Joye is happy to honor your personal goals and to treat you special as you deserve.
About Delivery Time
Because of the nature of these hand painted original, one of a kind heirloom quality treasures, each piece will be hand painted by the artist who takes great care to create a special piece for you. Depending on her work schedule, your piece should arrive within 2-4 weeks. If we have to special order porcelain blanks it may take a little longer.
Please allow additional time during peak holidays as Joye's Roses porcelain is a very popular gift for that someone special.
We feel so blessed to have Joye as a member of our artist family. We also appreciate and honor her as someone is a devoted member of her own family and hope you will consider that and honor her too.
In doing so, please take in consideration that she does not paint 24 hours a day. She does promise to paint your item as if it were the only one on her schedule and devotes many hours to her craft.
We can assure you that your patience will be rewarded by the incredible quality of her items.

There may also be times when Joye's family may need her attention as she is also a mother, wife. grandmother and active in her church. We love Joye as a member of our web family and her values show through in her God given gift of painting. We would not have it any other way.
Shipping Policy
All items include shipping & insurance calculated to the Continental United States of America only, please. We do not offer returns on hand crafted original items due to the nature of the product. We do insist that insurance be placed on these Limoge style, heirloom quality collectibles should their integrity be compromised during shipment.

***About International Shipping***
We do ship Joye's items Internationally. However, all International clients will be Invoiced separately for additional shipping charges and insurance after we check customs and insurance regulations for that country. We need to remind you that we will not ship items and mark them as "gifts" or in any way compromise the laws of the land. All porcelain must be shipped with insurance due to its delicate nature. We also use additional packing materials to help insure that your item is well protected and its integrity preserved. However, we cannot guarantee that your item arrive without compromise. We simply promise we will do what we can to lessen the chances as well as insist on insurance.
