We are so blessed once again to find another talented artist extraordinaire.
It is such an honor to introduce you to Debbie Del Rosario, whose incredible talent has recently been showcased in a featured  article about her home in the Spring-Summer issue of Romantic Country magazine!
Take one look at these gorgeous jeweled treasures and you will fall in love with their breathtaking beauty!
Each frame is hand selected by the artist who insists on using only high quality or vintage frames - no cheap imitations here. . . The Victorian and Vintage Era appeal deserves only the finest choice frames.
She then gives the frame a coat of paint if needed and begins to create a one of a kind treasure sure to be an heirloom.
After finishing the  frame, she then chooses only the  very best of vintage jewels -  and hand applies them to the frame - each one placed in perfect symmetry and adding the perfect dash of sparkling romance.
You can actually see the way these gorgeous jewels seem to "dance in the light" adding the perfect complement to your romantic dressing table or other carefully selected location in your Vintage Era, Victorian, Beach Cottage Chic, Country French or Shabby Romantic Cottage style home.

Individual Return Policy
 
Our artist, Debbie, has a separate return policy independent of Victoria Rose Cottage. Debbie  will accept returns only if the item is not as described in our listing and only under certain conditions we state below.
You first must contact us for permission to return the item within 3 days of receipt. If we accept the return, we will give you further instruction.
 
Buyer must return the item in the same original condition and not used or displayed or the design compromised in any way.   You must return it to the artist {Debbie Del Rosario}  in the original package and fully insure it within 7 calendar days of the original receipt of the item.
Please do not attempt to try and change these frames or rearrange the jewels, etc. Doing so will immediately void any chance of return.
 
If an item arrives damaged, you should file a claim as all of Debbie's items are sent fully insured.
Buyer is fully responsible for all return shipping and insurance charges.
