All of Lynn's original designs are one of a kind. Your sachet pillow will be created as close as possible to the original one sold. By purchasing this Special Order you understand that Lynn will do her best to closely replicate the item showcased. The main graphic concept will be the same. However, the other hand embellished elements may vary slightly from the one shown but will be equally as beautiful. For example, if Lynn used vintage elements on the original, she may not be able to replicate those but will substitute one that is similar in design to achieve the same look. If she is out of stock on other raw materials such as fabric, we will advise you accordingly.

NOTED EXCEPTIONS:

No pink bow and no heart charm hanging from bow per customer request!

You will receive a photograph of the one designed especially for your approval  before it is shipped. . Our seamstress or artisan devotes a lot of her valuable time, talent and expense to create this for you and deserves payment for her services. By purchasing this Special Order, you understand that there are no refunds or returns on Special Order items.

Estimated time to complete this item will be specified once we receive confirmed payment for this order. Lynn will then place you on her Special Order calendar and let us know an approximate wait time. Typically, unless her orders are very backed up, it will take approximately two weeks from the day we receive confirmation of payment. If you are paying by check, your payment will not be considered confirmed until it clears our bank.

Our price includes shipping and insurance via USPS Prioirity Insured, calculated to the Continental USA only please.

If you do not understand any part of this agreement, please do not pay until we have answered your questions.
