After selecting the perfect vintage frame, Debbie's beautiful designer's eye took on the concept for this Bella Enchanted Lady we named appropriately "Francesca Mae".

Few designers take the time or talent that Debbie does to select the perfect jewels and embellishments to complement the theme of the artist's exceptional design vision.
Francesca Mae is surrounded by a gorgeous Ruby Swarovski chain making a sparkling and stunning jeweled mat for this demure blushing lady.
Take special note of the gorgeous vintage brooch selected to add sparkling romantic elegance and center focus at the bottom of this vintage frame.
