This breathtaking heirloom quality one of a kind  treasure began as a srolled metal Vintage frame.
Unusual and highly collectible vintage bubble or convex glass protects the textile print from compromise and adds  Vintage Era details and often highly desired antique appeal.
Debbie hand painted this treasure white.
The vintage frame can be hung on a wall or placed on a table top using an easel or with a stand - not included.
 
Then. . her beautiful designer's eye took on the concept for this Bella Enchanted Lady we named "Camellia Anne".
 
She then hand applied Vintage jewels in shades of raspberry, very hard to find pink, aqua and crystal clear color  stones adding elegance and beauty to this extraordinary piece. 
 Debbie hand selected breathtaking vintage jewels found only in the finest of antique jewelry collections to complement this stunning piece. She added sparkle and romance to the frame adding a bit of glamour and glitz to this deserving Bella Enchanted Lady without compromise to the intricate details and design.

This breathtaking item not only showcases a gorgeous hand decorated  vintage jeweled frame but the fabric print is also elegantly and intricately decorated as well making this a one of a kind beautiful gift for that special person  or to treasure in your own home.

Bella Enchanted Camellia Anne  is embellished with carefully selected  and elegantly styled Vintage millinery florals and tiny seed pearls. Take notice of the velvet headband trimmed with intricately styled vintage millinery and silk roses in beautiful pastel shades. She has a complementing millinery embellishment added to her dress accented with tulle trim to the neckline.
And of course - what lady wouldn't be properly dressed without her sparkling vintage jewelry? Debbie has hand selected vintage aqua marquis shaped stones for her stunning earrings and her complementing brooch that is secured to her elegantly styled vintage rhinestone necklace.
