About Special Orders

Special Orders require special processing.

Special Orders are typically custom orders or orders for items we do not stock in inventory and must special order.

Therefore, all special orders must be paid in advance or may require a deposit, depending on the nature of the item.

There is no refund on special orders.

We require insurance on every item we sell to protect you and limit our liability should your special order be breakable in nature and arrive damaged.

If you have any questions about your Special Order, please ask us before you make your purchase.

If you are placing an order for hand painted porcelain, we will send you a photograph from our artist of the completed item for your approval prior to shipping it to you.

We promise to give you an estimate of time to complete the special order.

However, that time frame is an estimate as there may be on occasion special circumstances that may delay your order. We will let you know should this happen. However, this would be very rare in nature.

All special orders will include Shipping & Insurance calculated to the continental USA only, please.
